Rochester’s Growth as a Bike-Friendly City

As Council Chair of the Parks and Public Works Committee, I will begin working with an internal and external team to ensure that we are adhering to our “Complete Streets” Policy. I want to find all the right ways that a city can create a culture of biking and active transportation for everyone. At the same time, I want us to be mindful that culture changes are something that need to come both from the government and from the community itself.
